NGOs and non-profits

Analytics within reach of mission-driven teams.

Analytics for NGOs on a standard computer, with beneficiary data kept in-house. TIMi covers all or part of the licence cost for eligible organizations.

Free if you are eligible

TIMi covers all or part of the licence cost, subject to eligibility criteria.

Runs on what you have

From a simple laptop to a private cloud. No cluster, no variable cloud bill.

Beneficiary data stays put

On-premise by design. Sensitive data is never sent to a third-party platform.

Our approach

Analytics for NGOs, built for small teams and sensitive data.

Runs on your own equipment, needs no data engineering team, and keeps sensitive data under your control.

Anatella | Data prep engine

Connect to any source

Spreadsheets, databases and exports from the tools your teams already use.

Join data from every program

Information from several programs and partners, merged whatever its format.

No-code workflows

Build pipelines visually by drag and drop, with scripting only when you need it.

Modeler / Predictive Engine

Automatic variable selection

Thousands of candidate variables reduced to the ones that actually predict the outcome.

Explainable by design

Every variable explained, so findings can be shared with funders, partners and beneficiaries.

Built-in Drift Report

Flags a model losing accuracy as conditions change, before it misleads a decision.

IN PRACTICE

Small teams, sensitive data, solid results.

French département | Social budget

97.2% accuracy forecasting a €50M budget

French département

A French department forecast its welfare budget in 8 weeks, on one computer, with a team of 3.

Minsalud | Sensitive public data

30+ TB of sensitive data, on one server

Minsalud

Processed on-premise, with no cloud, after a 3-day pilot.

Problems solved

What NGOs fix with TIMi.

Sensitive data on third-party platforms

Beneficiary and partner data held on external platforms is exposed to jurisdictions you do not control.

Budgets that cannot absorb variable bills

Usage-based cloud and compute costs are hard to plan. TIMi works with a predictable licence, covered in whole or in part when you are eligible.

Small teams without data engineers

Your analysts build, run and update models themselves, with no data engineering team to hire.

Data scattered across programs

Each program, partner and region keeps its own files, so nobody sees the whole picture.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is TIMi free for NGOs?

TIMi covers all or part of the licence cost for eligible NGOs, academic institutions, resellers and micro-businesses or start-ups. Check your eligibility by answering a few questions.

Do we need a data engineering team?

No. The no-code interface lets your analysts build, run and update models independently, with scripting available when needed.

What hardware do we need?

TIMi runs on minimal hardware, from a simple laptop to a private cloud. It processes billions of rows on a single standard server, with no cluster.

Where does our data go?

Nowhere. TIMi is on-premise by design, with no external cloud dependency at runtime, so your data stays on your own machines.

Can we explain results to funders and partners?

Yes. Modeler is white-box: every variable is explained and every weight documented, so results can be shared and defended.

Does TIMi have NGO case studies?

We do not publish an NGO case study yet. The closest examples are small-team projects with sensitive data, such as a French département, which ran on a single desktop computer.
